How to Enjoy: Start with 1 tablespoon a day and work up to 2. Enjoy it straight from the spoon or blend it into smoothies, juice, oatmeal, yogurt, or tea (let hot drinks cool slightly first). Stir before each use. Natural separation is normal.
Storage: Refrigerate as soon as it arrives and enjoy within 30 days of opening. For longer storage, freeze portions in an ice cube tray for up to 3 months and thaw in the fridge. Always use a clean, dry spoon. If you notice an off smell, mold, or a change in color, throw it out.
