When will my items ship? 

We have a 1 to 3 business day processing time but we try to ship products as soon as possible! 

 

How long does shipping take? 

 

Your shipping time depends on which shipping method you choose. Unfortunately due to covid, shipping companies don’t guarantee shipping processing times. We are very strategic on what days we ship out your products, as we try to avoid shipping on the weekend.

 

My order says delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do? 

 

Unfortunately after we ship off products it is out of our hands. All orders come with $100 insurance and you must create a claim with the shipping company.
