Gold, Purple, and Green Sea Moss

Sea moss grows naturally in different colors. All three are sea moss. The difference is mostly in color, texture, and taste.

Gold: our most popular. Mild and smooth, the easiest place to start. It's the base for most of our fruit flavors.

Purple: gets its color from natural plant pigments called anthocyanins, the same ones that make blueberries blue. Many people find it slightly earthier.

Green: gets its color from chlorophyll, like leafy greens. A little more of a sea vegetable taste.

Full Spectrum: a blend of gold and purple, for people who want a little of both.
